Your Role
In the role as Digital Product Manager you are responsible for co-creating and executing the vision, strategy and roadmap for smart solutions and services. You will work mainly in cross-functional teams to create, continuous improve, validate and test new and existing digital solutions (appliances, apps and services), based on quantitative and qualitative insights. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter with an agile mindset combined with excellent presentation and communication skills.
As a member of the Smart Solutions & Services team you are part of the Premium Product Brand Management team that is responsible for the premium brands ASKO and ATAG. The team consists of Product Management, Design and Smart Solutions & Services. Within your role, you will be reporting to the Manager of Smart Solutions & Services.

Responsibilities
• Co-create and execute smart solutions & services vision, strategy and roadmap
• Execute competitive analysis and trend research in the field of smart solutions (app and appliance) and services
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate market and consumer insights of platform projects into use-case requirements or concepts for app and appliance
• Lead cross-functional team to continuous improve in-market smart solutions and services
• Co-create prototypes and set up consumer tests/research to get qualitative insights for improving existing and new solutions
• Manage, prioritize and track backlog of software development for new product platforms or continuous improvements updates
• Co-create digital KPIs to collect quantitative data insights to improve existing and new solutions.
• Create digital value propositions for smart solutions & services and Go2Market plans in collaboration with marketing
• Monitor product performance and define business cases and pricing with regards to smart solutions & services
• Support the initiation, set-up and execution of new digital services and partnerships
As a Digital Product Manager you work closely together with Product Management, Design, Digital, Marketing and your own department. These departments are located worldwide with colleagues in Netherlands, Sweden, Slovenia and China.
Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master degree in strategic product design, digital business & innovation, computer science or similar
• Preferably a few years of work experience in the field of digital or software product management of consumer products or similar.
• Experience in developing customer centric digital solutions with cross-functional team approach
• Ability to translate data and complex problems into useful insights for development teams
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with agile and entrepreneurial mindset
• Passionate about new digital innovations and premium products
• Excellent in English both orally and in writing, Dutch is an advantage.

You understand that this global position demands some travelling (10-20%). Partially working from home is facilitated.
