Your Role
The Product Manager is responsible for the global strategy, roadmap, definition, sales and Go2Market plan of consumables and accessories for kitchen and laundry appliances. As a group we are shifting from transactional product sales to the sales of product service systems with continuous interaction and engagement with our customers. This shift will create new business opportunities in the field of accessories and consumables. In this new role you will drive the sales and strategy of consumables and accessories globally by executing market research, creating value propositions and Go2Market plans and improving business models, customer journeys and services. The ideal candidate for this new role is a self-starter that has excellent strategic, communication and commercial skills
As a member of the Smart Solutions & Services team you are part of the Premium Product Brand Management team that is responsible for the premium brands ASKO and ATAG. The team consists of Product Management, Design and Smart Solutions & Services. Within your role, you will be reporting to the Manager of Smart Solutions & Services.

Responsibilities
• Set business goals and objectives according to company strategy and objectives
• Create strategic business plan and roadmap to achieve business goals
• Execute competitive analysis, market and trend research for accessories and consumables and relevant business models
• Initiate and suggest improvements to improve business models, customer journeys and services in relation to accessories and consumables
• Participate in cross functional teams to identify and improve new and existing accessories, consumables
• Define, present and defend business cases with regards to accessories and consumables
• Monitor and steer product performance
• Collect and analyze product, sales and consumer data to improve sales and services
• Co-create value propositions and Go2Market plans with product management, marketing and sales
• Communicate and align with markets on a frequent basis
• Support the initiation, set-up and execution of new digital services and partnerships
As a Product Manager you work closely together with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and your own department. These departments are located in Netherlands, Sweden, Slovenia and China. Besides that you will have often contact with sales markets globally.
Qualifications
• Master degree in business administration, economics, marketing or similar
• 2-5 years of work experience in the field of strategic business development or similar
• Experience in driving sales and developing new business opportunities
• Excellent strategic, communication and commercial skills
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to motivate yourself and others to reach business goals
• Passionate about new business and premium products
• Excellent in English both orally and in writing, Dutch is an advantage.

You understand that this global position demands some travelling (10-20%). Partially working from home is facilitated.
